Joint letter to Energy Community regarding Pljevlja coal power plant (Montenegro)

Ten NGOs including HEAL have  sent a complaint to the Energy Community Secretariat regarding Montenegro’s highly polluting Pljevlja coal power plant which has exceeded its allowed operating hours but is still running.
