Some key achievements for people’s health last year
- Countering deregulation for health: We voiced our concerns as the EU’s new policy cycle shifted priorities towards competitiveness and simplification to cut administrative burden, away from the environment.
- Men’s health and chemical pollution: Our landmark report takes an angle on the impacts of chemical pollution often overlooked, highlighting concerning trends in male reproductive health and cancer.
- Exhibiting the health impacts of pesticides: We collaborated with our member Phyto-Victimes to host a roundtable and exhibition at the European Parliament on Pesticides and occupational health diseases in the EU.
