Berkay is HEAL’s Consultant for the coordination and implementation of an EU funded project on “Building Turkish health sector capacity for environmental & climate engagement”.
Before joining HEAL, Berkay worked as a project coordinator in several NGO’s in Turkey including Transparency International Turkey, Junior Achievement Turkey, Spastic Children Foundation of Turkey, The Hope Foundation for Children with Cancer. He is experienced in the implementation of different EU funded projects with project implementation, budget management and cooperation with different actors as well as event organization.
Berkay holds a bachelor degree on “Financial Mathematics” and is in the process for completing his master’s degree in “NGO Management and Social Projects”. He is also a volunteer and supporter of Tarlabaşı Community Centre where he started his volunteering journey in 2013.
