A new joint report by CAN Europe, WWF, EEB, HEAL and Klima Allianz Germany reveals the top 30 CO2-polluting coal power plants in the EU and how these emissions are undermining climate efforts and harming public health. Read more…

Joint letter to Japanese coal power plant investor in Poland
HEAL in Poland, together with 16 environmental and health Polish NGOs, have signed a joint letter to the potential investor (Mitsui & Co) of the Czeczott coal power plant in southern Poland, to reconsider its involvement in the project. Read more…

New Brochure on domestic coal combustion in Poland
HEAL together with eight Polish health and medical institutions have launched a new brochure in Polish to raise awareness of the health impacts of burning coal in the home. The brochure was presented at a special webinar on 26 June on domestic coal burning. Read more…
