Seven NGOs ask for stricter standards on chemicals in textiles ahead of REACH committee meeting

23 April 2018 - Ahead of this week’s REACH committee meeting, seven environment and health NGOs call for stricter proposals on textiles, phthalates and nanomaterials.

The letter was sent to all members of the REACH Committee by the European Environmental Bureau (EEB), on behalf of the Center for International and Environmental Law (CIEL), ClientEarth, EcoCity, Ecologistas en Acción, the Health and Environment Alliance (HEAL), and Women Engage for a Common Future (WECF).
