National Union of Belgian Mutuals – Call for stories on air pollution and health

The National Union of Belgian Mutuals is calling on individuals who have asthma, chronic bronchitis or another chronic respiratory disease to send in their testimonies on how air pollution has affected their health. This call comes as part of the the mutuals and HEAL’s joint interest for better EU policies for air quality. This call for testimonies aims to gives weight to the link between air pollution and chronic respiratory diseases.

The Belgian mutuals are proud to be members of HEAL and with more and more scientific studies show the link between pollution and health problems, this is a growing issue that needs to be highlighted and addressed.

If you suffer from asthma, bronchitis or any other chronic respiratory disease and you think air pollution may be responsible, please contact Ronny Van Hee at

The call is available here in French and Dutch.
