IEW – The black book of fossil fuel energy

At a time when fossil fuels largely dominate our global energy provisions and our society are confronted with the challenge of an energy transition, Inter-Environnement Wallonie (IEW) has published a book on the environmental, but also the health, economic and social impacts and challenges of using fossil fuel energy.

It does not intend to be a comprehensive compilation of impacts generated by fossil fuels, but instead it aims to (re)develop a series of objective facts, past and present, including certain consequences which may impact our future generations.

The book is available in French here
