Chartered Institute for Environmental Health

The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) is an independent professional body and registered charity representing those who work in environmental health and related disciplines. Its primary function is the promotion of knowledge and understanding of environmental health issues.

The Chartered Institute for Environmental Health is active on the following issues related to EEN: policy priorities:

  • Children’s environment and health
  • Chemicals
  • Air quality
  • Pesticides

The Chartered Institute for Environmental Health is a founder member and represents over 9,300 members in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
