Centre Local de Promotion de la Santé du Brabant Wallon (CLPS bw)

The local Center is mainly funded by the Belgian French community/ministry to carry out health promotion activities such as conferences, dissemination of information materials through a documentation centre, facilitation of partnership and consultation processes on certain issues.

The CLPS is a pluralistic organisation created in 1997 around a partnership between public and private organizations to implement the priorities to set by the Government of the French Community. It is composed of the Province, Intercommunale social Walloon Brabant, various mutual societies, the Red Cross, the FARES, ONE, associations of doctors, a center PSE, Women Social Security, and others.

They have recently started to work more closely on environmental issues such as air quality, chemicals and electro magnetic fields.
