On 25 June, the Centre for Environmental Law of the University of Amsterdam will organise a conference to mark the 10th anniversary of the Convention on Access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-Making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters, also known as Aarhus Convention.
The conference “The Aarhus Convention at Ten: Interactions and Tensions between Conventional International Law and EU Environmental Law” will take place in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and will discuss legal implications of the text which create conflict between the EU environmental law and the international environmental law.
