An International Conference on Health and Water Quality Aspects of the Man Made Recreational Water Environment will be held in Budapest from 10 to 15 March 2005.

The man made recreational water environment is an area where the freedom of the market and the protection of the health and well-being of the consumers need a sound balance. Thus, this conference aims at offering an opportunity to get acquainted with the endeavours of the different stakeholdres in handling the risks of this kind of environment and the ways and means to achieve progress on this field in national and international settings.

The Confrerence will be organised by teh Hungarian Spas and Bath Association, the National Center for Public Health Hungary and the World Health Organization (Regional Office for Europe).
